Anyone here ever fall asleep and see strange faces or think they see spiders or bugs. Scares me so much especially when you think someone is looking at you. I have been taking zoloft for years so not sure if this is the problem. Just making sure I am not crazy. Any suggestions.
Hey Gale! From what you're describing, it may be sleep paralisys. I've only experienced it one time and it was terrifying! Can you move when this happens? Usually, when you are in that state, your mind is awake but your body is still asleep. And if it happens to have your eyes open, you can see strage shapes and faces.
Thanks for responding. Yes I can move but it just scares the crappie out of me. I always thought this happens to older people......but I guess not. People think I am crazy. Wonder if it could be sleep problem like sleep apnea or narcolepsy. Hope I can find the problem. Again......thank you.
