I've had this for a few months. i have had issues with bowl movements (constipations/straining to go to the bathroom) and I'm not exactly sure when this popped up. But I can't find any pictures online that look similar. I've never done anything sexual related to that area.

That looks related to hemorrhoids. When u have constipation and forcing it out, the veins at the opening swell up, then go back to normal. Looks like you are left with some loose skin, it happens.
