I have had stomach problems for the last 5 years. Between indigestion, dull pain, loss of appetite i am convinced somthing is wrong with me. I also have a coated tongue. Right before this started I did travel out of the country. Is this a worm???? If it is that means its been in me for 5 years. Anyone provide and clarity?

fatigue
anxiety
depression
occasional itchy rash near anus
greasy stools with flakey stringy mucus... and maybe a worm..
did you go to a gastro Dr in 5 years?
i would ask a dr online if you cant get to a dr right now
