I do shave regularly but near the head of the penis I don't shave so it cant be razor burn.
look like fordyce spots
have they been like this for a long time or just showed up recently? i trust kims judgement on this. just curious if its something youve just noticed or something youve had for a long time. not sure if they can appear out of no where . also what is your age? that question only applys if they just popped up there
the skin may have dried and its over produced oil u can get 50/100 fordcye on the penis if not more
more common around the base of the base of the penis like in the bottom pic but u can get them all over it
bottom picture looks like the right side of his scrotum? so with that comment about oil drying over his skin. this is something that happens over a time frame of a few weeks/months or overnight? does poor hygiene play a roll? sorry for all the questions in advance.
the top two pictures have been like that for a while. the bottom is my scrotum and it just showed up maybe two days ago.
I dont think poor hygiene plays a role because I shower and wash down there every day. Might be from a dirty razor though but i havent shaved in a week maybe and as I posted a response to your first comment saying the bottom picture popped up maybe the day before yesterday.

You are positive that they just popped up two days ago? I’m not going to act like an expert in the matter but IDK if fordyce spots just pop up over night? Sounds like you observe the area closely? Maybe they were there just have gotten larger? Again I am just curious.
they can just appear like that they can become more prominent over time tho
Also just to confirm, there are two spots that I am looking at. Both could be two curls of pubic hair or two bumps that raise concern to me. One is just left of the spot redness with fordyce spots. The other is further more left but a little lower. I’m assuming just pubic hair but from the angle of the photo it looks like a raised bump.
