okay so about 3 days ago i was shaving my private area. Layer that day i went had sex and today i woke up with this painful sore on my perineum area and its very painful . what do you guys think it can be? help me please

goto the doctors ASAP and get it swabed while it. is still not healed!!
it m y be just friction injury or irritation from shaving from sex. or and STI

whe was the last time you had sex prior to the one you mentioned?

is there any pain associated with it?

no pain could be syphilis

or it could be herpes lesion

i shaved tueday and these sores popped up yesterday but the last time i had sex was monday morning .. due to covid 19 its so hard to get a doctors appointment & i have pain a little bit like when i pee and tbe pee hits it it burns or if i touch it it hurts .. on a scale 1-10 the pain is like a 5

Your photo shows three distinctive superficial ulcers with irregular edges. They are very likely to be genital herpes. You should try to see a doctor or go to casualty/A&E for a herpes (HSV) DNA swab and some antiviral medication (aciclovir). If this is not possible, try to get to a drugstore/pharmacist for paracteamol tablets and lidocaine gel for pain relief.

i hope so bc this marks appeared a day after me shaving i hope it is just razor burn

question what did it turn out to be cause i had shaved as well and had sex the same day, the next day my period started then 2 or 3 days after i started to feel uncomfortable and sometime after my period i noticed that i had some of them on the perineum area, i wear pads so I’m really hoping it was caused by friction

did you find out what yours was cause i have something just like it and i don’t know what it is either

hey by any chance did you find out what it was?? it happened to me something similar and I got Test for everything. and everything came back negative
