I have had this for more than a month now. There is a slight fishy smell, I have white with occasional yellow creamy discharge. I do not feel any pain, but I do feel some inflammation. I have tried using a vaginal wash, boric acid suppositories, and did a vaginal ointment treat about 3 days before the pictures were taken.
Looks like a yeast infection.
