What is this in my penis small lumps like pimple

i had unprotected sex on march 2021 , after 3 months i mean... past 2 days .. i notice small small pimple like lumps on my penis foreskin ... it doesnot hurt , its painless and it doesnot make any itching ... pls tell what is this

Could just be a temporary skin irritation. Can you pop your head out of your foreskin to take a look?
