I havent been sexually active in 4 months but this just showed up. Any ideas?

bro you gotta check out. not a doctor but it might be HPV or HSV. dont freak out but that is what I think. again it might be none of those.

To me it looks like Molluscum contagiosum (viral skin infection). It can go away on its own or there are treatments. But you can spread it to other areas or to others so I would definitely do some research.
