this thing appeared 4 days back when i masturbated and this is present till now

will this go away by its own ?

It is on the shaft on left side and is not very soft nor very hard please help will it go away by itself ?

This could be an ingrown hair - whatever it is is not particularly large for the what normally develops in the area, with different possibilities of what it could actually be.
I would give it 3 weeks or so and see if it resolves itself. If it develops in size much more than it is now update your Forum Post here by clicking the Reply Button in my answer to you and I will get back to you …

now 6 days have passed the size is same and it is not hurting also.

ok i will wait and can i do something to cure it faster and i do masturbate so should i stop masturbation for a month ?

I doubt whether masturbation will impact on this - as I say, simply give it time and this will more than likely resolve itself.
