ive noticed this lump/bump/spot? has appeard yesterday. it was red yesterday and was a bit hurtful when pressed but today has reduced in size and not painful to the touch.
alrhough im worried and dont know what it is?
i think it may be a large forduce spot?
itd abit firm and can be moved around i think i dont know how to explain if
im very worried as im unsure what it is!!
There are several things this can be: and I agree it could be a Fordyce Spot. I wonder if there is any possibility you have scratched at it and this has severely irritated it?
There could be a combination of factors, again the Fordyce and there is a slight infection going on in the same location, or perhaps even a penile cyst forming.
So the approach I would take is to deal with it as an infection developing - get some liquid antiseptic and apply a tiny amount from a finger tip of undiluted antiseptic. Apply 3 or 4 times daily, if there is an infection present it should heal within 3 to 5 days - if this does not happen it is likely to be something else.
Look for the simple explanation first, such as you have irritated a Fordyce, or an infection.
If you are sexually active at the moment, or even simply masturbate, avoid applying anything to your penis such as any form of Lube, skin cream, baby oil or lotion - as applying anything to your penis will interfere with the normal healing process
