ive been depressed for a while now trying to find out what it is and i think its from masturbating too tight let me know what you think im worried please help ... its doesnt really hurt

Not quite sure but it may be a broken blood vessel from wanking too vigorously.If that is what it is it should correct itself and begin to diminish in color soon. Treat it kindly. You only have one of those. It is not like eyes and kidneys where you have a spare.
