Can you guys tell me what this is? Cracks? And patches of dark skin on penis head? I’m not in pain or anything. Just worried.

The cracks may be from years of masturbating dry. I don’t know what the other bump looking skin is from. Can you guys help?!

You have a dry skin problem, that’s all. Have you tried moisturising the penis after washing?

The bump under the skin could be a lymphocele (Google), a reversible lymphatic blockage from prolonged erections/frequent sex & masturbation.

I do not moisturise the penis after i wash. I’ve been mostly masturbating dry since I was 13 (25 now). Also, I have been battling with a yeast infection for almost 9 years now.

I have a doctor’s appointment on June 1st and will tell him all about it. However, that’s three weeks away and I’m paranoid.
