Hey guys. I was gonna take a shower but i saw those red points on my penis. I never saw them before. I mostly clean it every 2 days with gels. I didn’t have sex with someone for years. But I’m masturbating 2-3 times a day. I got some irritating problems before like few weeks ago. It passed after 2 weeks of pains and stuff. But i never saw those white-red ish points before. I don’t know i just googled but answers were always same. “Cancer, HPV” i don’t even think about those things. I just wanna know if it’s really about irritating or am i cleaning wrong or something, should i decrease my masturbate count for a day? Help me please thank you.
It looks like more serious right now. But it also looks like it collected water or something? Its white and when you move your finger on it it feels like a ridge. Help me please thank you.
Do not apply gels, soap or any form of body wash - when you have a reaction like this the only safe base-line is to clean with water only, if you find you are not staying odour free with the water, use toilet or paper tissue after you urinate on each occasion, to remove urine residue, then wash regularly when you can.
Absolutely no point in abstaining from masturbation for a day - you need to test your powers of determination and give your penis a masturbation holiday - with 3 weeks being quite good, 6 weeks better, 3 months getting towards being heroic. It is your penis - do you want it ‘fixed’ or not?
I think what you most likely have going on is that you have irritated the naturally present lumps, bumps and spots that are on the head of your penis - what you most likely have is a basic skin reaction, and this is most likely to be to something you have applied to your penis in the last few weeks.
So think, have you just started using a different gel, shower gel, soap, or, perhaps you like to apply something to your penis when you masturbate, and, perhaps you have changed from the one you have previously used?
If this does not sort itself in 2 weeks of so, or if it gets worse I think you will need to see a Dermatologist, or at least go see your Regular / Family Doctor / GP about it …
