i felt mild discomfort and went to go look and there was this spot. not sure what it is. when i spread it it looks bigger. Is this an STD? i had anuslingus 2 days ago.
this looks like a perianal hematoma to me, a burst blood vessel that might need to be drained so id contact your doctor.
