I have a sebaceous cyst almost on the same spot , It's harmless but I have to squeeze it empty occasionally

My sebaceous cyst is actually bigger than your "thing" , Tomorrow I'll try to post a pic of my cyst so you get the idea of the difference.

what you have doesn't seem like anything to worry about ,it's very small.
