Do you have skin problems elsewhere on your body? You may need to get a Dermatologist to check what is going on. Looks more like regular warts rather than anything else.
Usual cautions apply - if you have had unprotected penetrative sex, or oral.
Keep the skin in the area dry as regular presence of moisture can irritate the skin further.
