Hi, This appeared awhile ago, not sure what it is? Has not healed.. ... Havent had sex for years. Any thoughts?
Looks like a rash.
For how much time it is there?
Are you using soap to clean it?
Keep it dry and apply clotrimazole 1% antifungal ointment for a week and see how it responds.
If no improvement, then consult a dermatologist or urologist.
um a month or so?

it has shrunk in size but still noticeable
I had gotten similar rashes like this. might be irritation going on. I used hydrocortisone 1%. but it thins the skin so it shouldn’t be applied all over, just at the site. is it painful or itchy to touch?
Also wanted to add that it also looks very dry. I found that unscented lotion helped me. I applied it after washing my glans with just water because if tends to dry out fairly quick.
no pain i think i really cant tell… it feels the same thing as touching anywhere else…
