You can buy diy kits for skin tag removal. Search micro tag band. It's a device and tiny rubber bands which when applied correctly cut off blood supply. After a week or so the tag shrinks, turns brown and drops off leaving an already covered healing slight scar which disappears after a few weeks. Don't risk pulling or cutting - the wound could easily get infected. I've also used the larger sized kit for other parts of my body. My wife applied them on my back.
