I have had this hole in the skin on my penis before i had had sexual intercourse which makes me think that it isnt an STD. I have had warts on my feet but they have never looked like this. Can someone please help me with diagnosing this and give me some information on which steps to take. It has never changed in shape or appearance and doesnt give me any pain or discomfort whatsoever. It is on the back shaft.

yes i think so. it started as a patch of dry skin that i picked i think
then its likely caused by that? if it is pre sexual contact.
