im 17 and ive had hole on my penis for 3 months and i dont know if it will leave it has me worried and it hurts

it like purple and has texture to it like bumps if anyone knows ant cures or has seen something like this please let me know im depressed

The skin that has developed to look like this certainly is not normal, the only way to get checked out on what is going on is to see a medical professional.
This could be related to the way in which you were circumcised (looks like you have been) of potentially an injury when you were much younger - there are potential skin issues that can develop like this, therefore see your Regular / Family Doctor or GP when you can …
