image a few weeks ago i got Jock Itch (currently still healing) but what are these bumps on my penis head? The morning after having a bath and scrubbing my self clean everywhere I seen one and now there is three of them followed soon after I have been using the same sponge what i clean my jock itch with and my body do you think that has something to do with it? I did have sex with my ex partner (daughters mum) not to long ago but I know she hasn’t slept or done anything sexual with anyone since we parted.

Looking at this pictures, you have Herpes. This will need to be treated with a course of tablets from your GP.
I would say if you only slept with your ex then the likelihood is she has slept with someone else and now passed it on to you.
im not saying its 100% herpes but i looks like it to me. It could just be irritation. your best bet is to get it checked out professionally
