Hi,
I'm a little worried about this thing on my vagina. I've had it for a while now - over a month/two months.
It didn't hurt before it just felt like a lump under the skin. Today I've come to look at it and it's a little sore when I touch it and it looks a bit like a blister. It still feels like a small lump under the skin but now it's got a red dot on it (as you can see).
Could it be an STI? I'm worried its herpes.

I think it’s just a simple skin boil, not herpes or any other STD. There is some peripheral desquamation (skin peeling off), which tends to indicate that it’s an infection/inflammatory process in its healing phase. You may have accidentally nicked your skin from shaving but I think it’s just a boil/folliculitis, as you see a central punctum.
