is this normal??? this morning i just woke up and i found that bump down there and it hurts a little bit. i am very scared i’m just 16 and idk what to do please help me. !

It could be a cyst. Image is quite small but it also look like you have a yeast going on.
Have you been with anyone recently or within the past 2-3 months that you know is positive for HSV-2 or 1? Is it a single bump? Have you searched for any other bump? It definitley looks to be an infected bump of the sorts but I have had pimples down there before, as well as cysts, and open sores non related to sexually transmitted diseases that resembled herpes. It could also be an infected ingrown hair. When is the last time you shaved?
