dealing with same thing is it itchy ? mine is not, it looks like maybe either infection (fungal or bacterial) , or balanitis, or could be both . is it itchy and irritated? usually would mean infection . is it very dry and shiny/scaly when un-erect?

I must admit that your glans looks completely normal to me. It’s an internal organ and is probably covered by your foreskin most of the time, hence the red / pink colour to it. A look online will show that no two glans heads are the same, some are crinkly, some are smooth and it’s the same with redness.
