i have had this spot near my meatus for about 2 years its like a crater or indent and sometimes it looks like its blackish purple inside the crater, it almost seems like a blackhead like i could push out whats inside it although i wouldnt and never have. ive ignored it because it was painless and really i forgot it was there but now its starting to annoy me, it got rubbed a bunch by my underwear when doing a mile jog and i seen blood in my underwear, just a little like a drop maybe and i could see it was rubbed raw so now i want to know what it is now that its causing problems and i have to be careful so i dont have it rubbing in my pants, i put neosporin on it and it healed up fast and now i use lotion every now and then to keep it moisturized and use good soap in the shower on it so it doesnt get reslly dry. i got a whole 12 panel std/sti test 2 months ago and i guess i had syphillis i dont know if it was false positive or how long i even had it because that was my first time ever getting tested im only 21 and had a single sexual partner for 5 years, no longer with that person and only a few before that and one recently, but i took the meds and then took another test 2 weeks later and i was good. i dont know what it is and i havent seen anything like it, sometimes it gets smaller and then sometimes it gets a tiny bit worse but the picture below shows it at the biggest.

The skin at the point where this is happening has either not developed in the normal way or it has become injured at some time and there is a problem preventing it healing in the normal way.
A Urologist would be the best specialist to see about this and they can tell you the options for dealing with it
NOTE: you need to be careful in the extreme when apply ANYTHING near the opening of your Meatus as if anything gets inside it CAN cause a major problem and take a great deal of time to put right.
Do not apply the soap directly to it - elsewhere on your penis then move a minimal amount onto the head of your penis when it is fully exposed if you are not circumcised
