What is this on the head of my penis?

i have these shiny almost looks white dots on my penis head and they almost kind of look like skin tags. I've never had any issues with them. they never itched or hurt. what could they be? i'm pretty sure its been there for as long as i can remember. when it is flaccid, you cant notice the area. you can only see it when my penis is erect.

that looks like a normal skin variation to me.

don't worry if doesn't itches or changes over time.

I agree with Lostknight, these look a normal skin variation in 'the way you were made' kind of way - they look a bit like Pearly Penile Papules, but these are normally on some part of the corona / rim of the head of the penis - I would put it down to skin variation. Unless they change radically or cause an issue for you, then no need to do anything .....

Oh my god thank you. I've got the same symptoms, red forehead, doesn't itch or hurt, but I've got those rashes very tiny. Does that mean, that I'm completely fine about it?

hello! i also have a similar problem like daniels but mine are more tiny and are the color of red flesh. ive looked up what it could be. The results some up as either pearly penile papules or hpv. im just very paraniod at the fact that it could be hpv since ppp isnt very common on the top of the head on the penis, but then again they dont hurt or itch.

hey i have the same problem but its under the penis head, there's little bumps as well and its red but its a little iratating like almost itchy and its been like that for two days i had no interaction with anyone if someone can tell me please it would help
