I have noticed this smallish pimple on my scrotum this morning. It doesn't itch or anything just really tiny almost unnoticeable unless I go looking for it.
Did a urine test last week which came back negative for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia yesterday but this bothers me.
I wore an admittedly tight brief last week which may be the reason for this but...what if I'm reaching here.
should I be worried?
