I was recently diagnosed with Mycoplasma Genitalium, and since my diagnosis I've noticed small spots on the tip of my penis.
I've been told inflammation, discharge etc is normal with Mycoplasma Genitalium, but I'm worried about these spots.
I've got no pain, no blistering, no discharge... it's acting like a rash... I assume it's Balanitis?
I've Googled Herpes and I don't think it is, but if someone could look and help put my mind at ease, I'd really appreciate it.
