nothing wrong with your penis every thing looks good

I take it it is the slightly different coloured specs or spots on the head of your penis that you are concerned about? How long has this been like that?
Are you sexually active? If yes, condoms or no condoms?
Tell me how you clean your penis? With soap, shower gel, that kind of thing?

yes they’re more like small reddish white spots. I never really noticed them before but its been a month or so that they started bothering me. THERE IS NO ITCHING or discomfort. i have very tight foreskin too. i think it has to do something with it. i had sex 6 months before without condom with my girlfriend. Im not that sexually active. i clean my penis with clean tap water. i dont use soaps or anythings. but i clean it properly. im worried that its not any STD or something.

it’s amazing how you retracted the foreskin if you have very tight foreskin

when im erected its very difficult to pull it back.

In terms of the spots the usual cause is an irritant. We consider things like soap and shower gel because this is what the skin in the region of your groin is most exposed to, so yes, by not using these directly on the head and foreskin of the penis we exclude most of it.
When you take a shower draw the foreskin as far forward as it will go - wash everywhere else on the body and make sure to throughly rinse-off all cleansers such as soap, shower gel and hair shampoo. When throughly rinsed, expose the head of the penis and use the running water and the inside of the hand to gently rub it clean. Make sure to dry this area first when you get out of the shower.
I wonder if you are having any sexual contact with your girlfriend, but not quite as far as sex for the last 6 months. Essentially, you are unlikely to have an STD - but it is possible you picked up a fungal or even bacterial infection during the unprotected sex you had, and this is not clearing away for some reason.
There are safe stretches you can do for your tight foreskin, and you can look at this search term for that (I cannot post external web addresses)

I WANT TO GET RID OF IT. i hope this goes away.

So the spots are caused by the skin of the head of your penis being irritated: most often this is related to things the penis is in regular contact with such as soap, shower gel and so on. Many men then use things like skin cream or lotions as either a lube or to hydrate the skin of the penis.
What happens is the things we think we can safely use eventually become an irritant - and simply, remove the source/sources of the irritation and the sensitive skin of the head of the penis will eventually recover. This process can take many months for the spots to disappear and is reliant upon no further exposure to other potential irritants.
As you are worried about the possibility of STD as I say the most likely ones are relatively simple fungal/yeast infections or bacterial infections, and these can be a source of irritation. However, you do NOT have other symptoms of an actual STD, but the only way to guarantee this is to get tested - the likelihood of an STD is minimal if you have one regular partner, more likely if you have more than one, particularly if you do not use condoms …

I’ve had sex twice only. with the same girl. and she seems to be fit. i dont know why im worried. cuz this bothers me. there is no itching but a bad smell. should i use coconut oil on it?

The unfortunate reality with the penis is the vast majority of bad smell comes from stale urine: this can only be addressed through good hygiene practices and as the skin of the head of your penis is irritated you need to use water only, each time you urinate if you can, but use paper tissue / toilet paper to remove urine residue when you are unable to wash, such as being away from home. After washing the skin must be completely dry.
The practicality of urinating is that it is best if you can draw the foreskin sufficiently back to prevent urine from getting onto the foreskin, as far as possible.
In terms of the Coconut Oil I would suggest you do not put this on the head or underside of your foreskin as this may prevent the skin on the head of your penis from recovering. What you can therefore do is if you want to use the coconut oil is to draw your foreskin as far forward as it will go, away from the body, then apply a light coating of the coconut oil - the best time to do this is after you have dried yourself after taking a shower.

these same white spots are on my foreskin as well inside and outside. idk whats wrong

Unfortunately it is difficult to tell whether these are connected with or unrelated to the sexual activity you have had. You are best to get a Medical professional to check these out for you, mention the sexual activity you have had and the length of time these have been present - see a Regular / Family Doctor or GP, or if there is a Sexual Health Service you can go to, then go along …
