noticed about 1 month ago, hasn’t changed shape size or colour in that time. no pain etc just mental anguish! sorry the quality is the best i can get. one picture is when my penis is normal and the other I’ve pulled the skin tighter to try and show the area clearly.

Are you talking about the blood veins or the faint bumps on the surface of the skin?
If it is the bumps I am guessing you are certainly under 30YOA?
Bumps like this appear following onset of sexual maturation and can continue to develop until the age of about 24 to 30 YOA …
The final photo shows these to be Fordyce Spots - unless you were concerned about something else … ?
HI thanks very much for the reply, I’m actually 34 have highlighted the area when the skin is pulled tight that I’m concerned by. The picture of the small red bump is what it looks like when not pulled tight.
can you see more clearly what I’m talking about? Do you think I should go see a Dr again?

I think it very unlikely that there is a problem here - most of this kind of stuff can be put down to skin imperfections.
Unless you have taken risks with sexual activity I would not be going to the doctor with this …
