What is this?? Please help!

It started out as a few small blisters that looked like ingrown hairs but keeps getting worse and i'm stressing out. Does anyone know what this might be?

it itches a little, has no odor and has been here since wednesday

this looks similar to my first outbreak. i would get those swabbed and tested to be safe
