ive seemed to have like 1 or two of these pop up and go away within a few only one at a time. It doesn't hurt itch but stands out over the rest. i dont know whether they're herpes, inflammed fordyce spots, etc

Don’t worry, it’s a natural occurrence almost %50 of all adults experience once in their life-time.
As a matter of fact I actually have these spots. Mine are beneath the foreskin and have caused no harm whatsoever.
There’s a likely chance these spots will fade as you age.
ome seems like a little pimple though cause for concern?
