The bumps towards your perineum and anus look like warts, indeed. You should get checked for HPV.

No, not forever. Until they are gone you need to use condoms. But you know, warts aren’t always caused by HPV viruses. There are other causes for them, just letting you know. And please, if you get the chance to get vaccinated, get one against HPV (3 injections in total) for yourself, hubby and child.
