So I noticed this little bump on the under side of my penis about 2-3 weeks ago. I am sexually active with a partner. We do not use condoms, however my partner has never been with anyone else. I have been with another woman recently about 5 months ago. The spot appears to become scaly when I scratch it. And it only itches if and when I rub it. There are no other bumps or rashes, no discharges. Looking at it from the side, it appears flat with the rest of the skin. I did shave down there about a month ago. Does it look like a wart or anything else? Could it be contact dermatitis or psoriasis or another STD?

Sam as you end your post with, it would be also my suggestion that this is a skin issue rather than anything else. From your description of it there is a potential that it is one of the lichen based disorders - of which there are several.
My suggestion would be to see a Dermatologist about this …

its not an std its a skin issue i suggest u take the above advice an see a dermatologist
UPDATE: went to the dermatologist today who assured me that it wasn’t a wart or any other STD. he thinks it is lichenoid keratosis.. told me to not worry about it.. prescribed a cream for itching or discomfort and said to come back if there are any significant changes to the appearance
