it all started when I had unprotected sex with a woman who I found out had multiple sex partners. a thick milky/ yellowish discharge was present within a few days that seemed to have lasted a few months and disappeared. now you see bumps and my penile head feels very itchy and inflamed. if I sweat down there it's like it inflames it more. it has been like this for a few years I was just embarrassed to reach out for help
