Hi maddison,
Could you please take a closeup of the lesions that are situated in the top right (your right) corner of the mons pubis?
See the annotated photo (below); I think they could be molluscum contagiosum, a viral STD, not genital warts.

ive stopped shaving as i dont want to make it worse
i tired some cream and its made a sort of blister
Whoa! What was the cream? If you’re unsure of the diagnosis I think you really ought to see a doctor instead of self-medicating.
i did a phone call with local GP and they gave me wartacon cream as they assumed it could be warts
OK, so Warticon cream works for both genital warts and molluscum. No problem there, but I’m a bit concerned about the area showing the blistered area, bottom of left vulva. I suggest you stop applying the cream there until it heals.
I’m assuming the reason the spots are now red is because you’ve been applying the cream on them? Just be careful how much you apply, as it appears you’re quite sensitive. I suggest you stay on the treatment for now (apart from the area noted above) and stop shaving as this increases the risk of the infection spreading. Just use clippers instead if you have to.
The recommended dose is 2 applications each day (am and pm) for three consecutive days each week. If this is causing too much irritation, you might consider cutting it down to applying the cream once a day for 2 days each week. If unbearable, stop immediately and see the doctor.
Rgds,
Adhari
