I got tested today and I don't want to wait for results these are painful when touched but small can someone please tell me what it is or could be.

It could be a Sebaceous cysts. Mine were super painful and I was convinced it's type 2 herpes but found out after years of worrying that yhose blister bump pimple like things are cycts. I do though have type 1 herpes
