What is this spots spreading to my little girl?

Good day,

I have a problem with my 5 year old daughter. She suddenly started having this small spots on her feet then on her knees and now few on her arms and elbow according to her it’s itchy. we already tried a couple of pedia and dermatologist but their medicines didn’t helped. please see the pics. Thanks

Also what fabric do you dress your little girl in? If its polyester or nylon or wool or acrylic she may have an irritation from them. Try to dress her in plain smooth 100% cotton items.
