What is this tag/bump on my vagina between anus and vaginal opening?

What is this stubborn tiny bump that grew on my vagina near the entrance of the anus (on the sides) that went away on its own? This thing grew back again and now I have like three of them. two on the left side of perineum, one on the right side.

This is the bump on my perineum area that grew back again even if it actually fall off 5 months ago while I was showering and gently trying to pull it.
