it's been 3-4 week i am having these weird lumps on my penis and scrotum, its quite hard to feel and its very itchy can't even able to control itch, they have soe black/brown dot upon it please help me..
i have tried moisturisers, vaseline and coconut oil too but nothing really worked please help,
