What is this tiny red dot on my penis head?

I had sex with a new partner 4 weeks ago. About a week or so I've noticed this tiny red dot on the head of my penis. It's fairly difficult to see. It's not itchy or painful.

Is your sex protected or unprotected? Dots and spots like this are so common, and unfortunately they can be caused by many different things.
What usually occurs is that things that are naturally present on the head (and foreskin as well) become irritated, and this is when we notice them. Penile skin, particularly on the head / glans of penis is very sensitive - irritation can be the result of contact with different things on a regular basis, or one specific thing. In terms of sexual practices think about condoms if you are using them, Lube for sex, or alternatives to lube such as baby oil and skin cream. If you use any of these these are potential sources of irritation.
If you are having unprotected penetrative sex then it is possible you have a slight yeast / fungal or bacterial infection, again, these are very common with unprotected sex.
Then there are every day things such as soap, shower gel and other forms of body wash - these again are all potential sources of irritation. The only safe thing to wash the penis with is water, then you must ensure the skin of the penis is completely dry after washing or showering …

The sex was unprotected. The girl I was with claims she has no stds but I’m being tested regardless. I’ve been cleared of gonorrhea and clyamdia. I’m currently awaiting the results of a blood test.

I don’t think it’s caused by any kind of creams since I don’t use any and I stick to the same body wash I’ve always used without issue.

It’s just that tiny little red dot. I’m quite a clean person but I hope it’s just a minor yeast infection and nothing serious. It’s been there for about 2 weeks now. At least that’s the period since I noticed it.

Thank you for taking the time to reply.
