i feel some tiny burns sometimes… 
is there some magical pomade or something that i could use…???
For how long have you had these? they were blisters? Did you have genital warts treated with laser?
no blister. no laser treatment.
for a couple of months…
at the beginning there was some white spots (dead skin)
on “the head”. and after that (when those have been removed) some red spots remained. there is still some random red spots on the head.
but these spots in the picture i just noticed them in recent days.
i should add, these abnormalities began after a night of “special operations”, when i didn’t wash afterwards and fell asleep!
the next morning i knew i f*cked up…
Weird. I thought it could be herpes, but it is not. Did you have a swab test done? Could be a bad bacterial skin infection or another STD. Go and visit a Dr.
I would be more concerned about the brown spot on the first picture. Ask to a Dr as soon as possible.
The brown little dots seem like the early stages of HPV or a Bowenoid papulosis.
You need to get this checked with a doctor ASP - you may also have a skin condition present and may also need to see a Dermatologist
