I recently had a pimple looking object on the inside on my leg 6 inches below my groin. It acted like and looked like a pimple, but every few days I would try to pop it and pus would come out and then id wait for it to go away but the cycle kept repeating. Today I popped it and pus came out but it was still there so I was a bit more determined until a little sphere popped out. Its just above my skin and now went from red to purple. Not sure what it is or what to do.
sounds like sebaceous cyst. google it.
Agree with Jinlover. An infected cyst. The little sphere is the centre of the infection and now it has gone the spot should heal. It may take a while for the purplishness to go and you may be left with a brownish spot like a mole but its OK. Leave it alone.
