I’m really struggling at the moment. I get these short periods where I feel great then ill get a chest pain out of nowhere and it will make my whole body sweat. Not sure if it’s my reaction to the pain that makes me sweat? Also the front of my legs now sweatbwhich I’ve never noticed before
had an ecg Friday and apparently all was fine.
Hi Les, this definitely sounds like anxiety honey. Have you discussed your anxiety with your doctor. Might be a good idea. Donna xxx
Sounds like anxiety/stress. I get chest pains all the time when I'm overly anxious, and I've started sweating when anxious many times too.
Have you been extra anxious or stressed lately? Anything bothering you or making you feel uneasy? Try and fig out where it could be stemming from and then work on relaxing yourself. Go for a run or something else healthy that will distract you. Distraction is key for anxiety issues!
Thanks for advice. I want to but I’m too scared to do any exercise. I hate my life soooo much
Thanks Donna. I’ve been so many times I don’t even know what to say to them anymore.
Hi Les, doesn't the doctor give you anything for your anxiety?
I highly recommend seeing a therapist then if your anxiety is effecting you that much. I see one and it helps me a lot. You can try using the Pyschology Today website, it makes it really easy to find one!
On fluoxetine but that’s stopped working. If I try stop them I become unabreably dizzy. I’m so stuck!
It definitely sounds like anxiety. Ok take a few breath or two and try to come to terms with it. Knowing it’s anxiety and that it will pass is helpful to me. It’s just an anxiety attack and it goes away I promise. Thank those thoughts for coming but ask them to leave and try to focus on why this is happening. Have you seen a therapist? That was eye opening for me and made the world of difference. You are fine and you are normal. Message me for anything you need. ❤️💜

Hm, a drop feeling? I get like muscle spasm feeling and I also get the head rush feeling, like lightheaded. What do you mean by drop feeling?
