Go to the doctor ASAP. Theres various things it could be but they will give you meds so the pain goes away. Lesions, burning while urinating, and flu like symptoms are all signs of herpes. I cannot tell if they are fluid filled or if they are ulcers so I cant tell you forsure if it is herpes or not but the only way to know for sure is to get swabbed at the doctor. Even your boyfriend doesnt have an STI but he gets coldsores on the mouth means that you could have got genital herpes from oral sex from the hsv1 strain.
