This is itchy at times .. actual penis is clear, just foreskin has this, seems to reoccur every 6 months …
are they fluid filled blisters? just itchy bumps? or open sores that scab up?
seem more like itchy bump they scab and disappear quite quicklyseems to appear after not showering for 2-3 days
could if be herpes or ballantintis
this sounds more like herpes to be honest. balanitis affects the glans more so than the foreskin. also the recurring every 6 months and lasting a few days is another reason I believe herpes could be an option. but the only way to know would be a test. try and get it swabbed next time or take a blood test, make sure it’s igg type specific.

the 3 spots werent there yesterday
the glands have been swollen for a few days with tight foreskin (red blotches)
i applied cream i got for balantis, applied it internally and slept like this for 2 nights plus a wet dream didnt help last night
could all of this poor hygiene have caused the condition in the photos?
also i meant to say no pain when urinating
also the spots arent painful, more tingling feeling in the actual penis yesterday
