hi guys im really worried about this but randomly a month ago i developed these bumps i havent had a new sexual partner but i dont know what this is i have booked a doctors appt but if any one can help me figure out before my appt

looks like yeast infection to me
these are bumps
almkst feel like skin tags 
i have genital herpes its not like that as far as i know yeast infection also makes something like that maybe warts its not a big deal visit sexual health clinick to make sure dont worry
