Juan, if you are trying to attach an image from a Mobile or smartphone or tablet you need to put the file onto a Laptop of PC and physically reduce the size of the file, then save it as a jpeg, then you can copy and paste it onto this Forum.
A detailed explanation of what you have going on would be helpful … ?
