What is this?

I have no clue what this is and i’ve never had sex so it cant be anything too serious, right?

Hello Mark, what is it that you are concerned about: the small bumps on the shaft of your penis or the rough appearance of the skin on the head of your penis?
Other than soap or shower gel do you regularly put anything else on your penis, such as skin cream, baby oil that kind of thing, or any form of lube?

Hi, i’m concerned about all of it, why are their bumps to begin with, what can I do to get rid of it, etc. I don’t put any skin cream or lube or baby oil, and I am a virgin. So i am just looking for how I can get rid of it and keep it off for good so that when i do have sex it wont look like that, and if you have any idea what it could be i would appreciate it, thank you!

The bumps are due to irritation, this is easily said, but sometimes difficult to pin-point the source of the irritation. If you had been sexually active then obviously it could have been related to that in some way - but we can rule that out.
This is why often I say the only thing that is safe to put on penile skin that is irritated in this way is water - exclude all bodily cleansers as far as possible from getting on the area, and certainly do not use soap or shower gel on there.
At the end of a shower spend some time rinsing away any body cleansers that have gotten onto your penis, use the water and the inside of the hand to wash the head and surrounding area of your penis, then dry this area first when you get out of the shower.
This is part of the process of being ‘skin friendly’ the other part is finding something to regularly use that will re-hydrate your penile skin. The best ones to try first are SHEA butter or Coconut Oil, apply after each shower or at least 3 times a week, a little rubbed well into the skin will eventually show beneficial impact.
However, this may take 4 or 5 months of using it consistently before you see any benefits …
