So these could be several things, including: there could be a dermatological reaction going on to circumstances the skin is experiencing; they could even be insect bites - this usually occurs if you have stayed in a bed that you do not regularly use, such as at a hotel or hostel, or somewhere like that, or bedding that has not be used for a while. It could also be a sign of a health condition, or actual skin condition.
The only person that would know for sure is a Dermatologist.
In terms of what you need to consider: Have you just started shaving the area? Do you have a lot of sweat in the area? Do you follow a basic hygiene protocol such as showering every morning, then clean underwear - those kind of things?
oh ok thank you for the reply. well actually i wear a new kind of underwear maybe was that the problem because its a different material … but what can I do to get rid of those spots
Is the underwear cotton or a man made fibre, or even poly-cotton mix? My instinct tells me that even if there was a reaction to a clothing fibre there would also need to be an intermediary present such as strongly scented soap, of perhaps you use anti-perspirant or deodorant, body talc - that kind of thing?
So if you are not wearing cotton underwear try loose fitting for a while, in terms of reducing the inflammation you would need to check with a pharmacist or a dermatologist, as simply, what may work for one person could cause further inflammation for another.
